With years of experience as a Teacher facilitating Art to children of all age groups in an inclusive education system in India comes a belief that ‘for creating Art, one has to go beyond the limitations of its technical terms’. Drawing, as a tool, freehand or controlled is the first step in a creative process.
As an art facilitator, one of my greatest strengths is identifying the unique traits and interests of the learner's creative selves. Introducing learners to varying mediums and encouraging them to develop their distinct language in art expression is a way I make the art practice an enriching experience.

About Me
I am a Visual Artist, Art Educator, and Curator. Subjecting ‘Human emotions and Psyche’, I have participated in group exhibitions in India and the most appreciated one is ‘Frau’ on International Women’s Day in 2016. I have also Curated an exhibition ‘Positioning of Women Film Makers in Indian Film Industry’ in 2014 and co-Curated another exhibition ‘Exploring Art is the State of Encounter’ in 2019.
Working with scarp for my Graduation show at London Met made me think critically about the impact of human actions on the environment, and the project ‘Dhakai Jamdani The Pride’ funded by Historic England, led me to dig deep into examining the importance of ‘sustainability’ in the traditional art practices in India.
Constantly evolving my practice through medium and scale, I am fascinated with exploring materials and Traditional Indian art practices, focusing on the dynamics of the structural fabric of human, culture, nature, and environmental interconnectedness.
