About Me

I have been a cabaret artist for several years, and my passion for dance and the stage naturally guided me towards teaching where I take pleasure in accompanying other people to help them regain confidence, to reclaim their body and to have fun, because that is the primary objective of my classes!

For the past year, I have been teaching chair dance and floorwork in a studio in Brussels, where I offer varied choreographies.

The TWERK AND IMPROVISATION classes are for ALL BODIES that want and/or feel the need to move.

In this workshop we'll work on our groundness in relation with the center of your body and the floor, self confidence, moving, swinging, lots of shaking, screaming, rolling, spinning, and to produce good energy in order to heal things, body parts and everything in between by connecting with your beautiful body and your soul from the inside focusing on the pelvic region stimulating stamina (resistance), serotonina, dopamina, endorfina and ocitocina (happiness toxins) PLUS ++++ it also helps on process such as blood circulation, elimination of liquids, reproduction, sexuality and also to go through on a lot of twerk movements/content.
