About Me

My teaching methods are based on a psychological approach to education. What does this mean? I try to adapt to the needs, cognitions and interests of the student, so they always leave the session with a take-home message. Education is not how much you learn, but how you learn it. Motivation is my first goal.

Currently in my final year of a Master's degree in Chinese studies, I speak four languages (French, Dutch, English and Chinese) and I had the opportunity to live and study for a year in Beijing, at the 外交学院 (China Foreign Affairs University).

My career has also been marked by several participations in the Chinese Bridge Competition, a major international Chinese language competition. I twice achieved second place in the Belgian final and then participated in the storytelling event (故事会), where I reached the Top 50 worldwide.
