Private lessons in English and French

From 32 C$ /h

Bilingual master student in information and communication. English is the most spoken language in the world. It's a language I like to speak and I enjoy helping those who discover it or have difficulty learning it. I will first check the basics, the concepts that must absolutely know such as phonetics because without it, you will have trouble to pronounce and listen. Then we will also work the other parts such as "speaking, writing, listening and reading". Most of it is about the student. I will progressively progress according to his pace, and the difficulties he will encounter.
For French, my degree in literature also gives me the opportunity to teach French. For adults who discover the language, the first step is to love the language. Because of their advanced age, their learning ability will not be as fast as that of the younger ones, but the love for language will be a catalyst in this process. We will then see how to approach all the aspects (rules of spelling, grammar, how and why use a given notion and not another ...) of this new language for them. This will be a very special and different way to approach the language than that taught in secondary or primary schools.

About Me

Spontaneous, sociable and communicative, I am someone open who is listening to the other.

Hello!
I am a student in Information and Communication. Owner of a Bachelor's degree in English and French, i also give English and French lessons.
I like teaching because it is another way to learn from others. It also gives you the opportunity to learn things about yourself. I have already been a tutor for some students.
When I have to give a tutorial, I can not help it.

I am a student in Information and Communication. I have always had jobs in contact with education or education.

I think that a teacher or tutor should like to communicate knowledge, to do it well. However, there is the method and it depends on the pupil facing you because each student is particular and even if the tutor's role is to teach, he must also ask himself what the pupil brings him more in his work.

On the other hand, a determined student can learn anything he wants. Even if he is faced with a difficulty, he will overcome it effectively if he is determined.

German-American offers its humble services to accompany you in learning its mother tongues, whether it's for exam success or just for the simple pleasure of better understanding the words of Goethe or Faulkner.
Sharing my languages through common interests, such as music, theater or film, are my favorite ways to start learning.
The learning approach is of course tailor-made, according to the desires, needs and abilities of the learner.

I gave French as a foreign language lessons for about three years, to children and adults. After a two-year break, here I am back to start teaching French as a foreign language again.

I speak several languages, and this taught me to understand how to learn a language. I know what non-French speakers go through, what process they have to go through in order to learn French.

I adapt each time my way of teaching at the request of the student. I prefer to create the course with the student (if he or she also prefers it, of course) so that I can best meet the needs of the person I am teaching. Indeed, everyone has a different way of learning, understanding and retaining new things. It is therefore essential in my eyes to be able to adapt as much as possible to the student.

Let's learn French together! I'm here to help you understand this challenging language, explain it to you, and converse with you about whatever topics you're interested in. I adapt to your pace and needs: I speak slowly and clearly so you can understand me, but I can also speak normally to help you practice understanding all French speakers.
I can give you grammar lessons (conjugation, spelling...), vocabulary lists, and audio or video resources.
I can also help you obtain the DELF, as I have already assisted several people in this process.
Finally, I speak English, Italian and Korean fluently, and I have a B1 level in Spanish, Japanese and Chinese, so I can also give you lessons in these languages.
