As a French woman passionate about languages, I offer French lessons for all levels :)

From 31 C$ /h

The aim of the course is to make the student feel comfortable. We all know that learning or improving a language can be difficult and frustrating. I want to help as best I can by adapting to each student's needs. We can start with the basics of the language, helping with homework, for example, or even have a conversation for more advanced students.

My name is Chiara, I'm a native Italian speaker, and I work as a freelance translator and interpreter. I have a Master's Degree in Specialised Translation.

I have been teaching Italian, French, Spanish, and English for over eight years to both adults and children.

In 2016/17, I worked as an Italian and Spanish teacher for adults at an Agency of the European Union while I was living in Strasbourg, France. In 2021, I expanded my experience and began working as an English teacher for primary school children of all ages at Educraft Language School in Bologna.

I fluently speak all four languages, and I use them in my everyday life since my clients come from all over Europe.

Of all the work experiences I have had, teaching children is definitely the one that satisfied me the most. I enjoy teaching bilingual children and helping them overcome the challenges that come with having a bilingual brain.
As a freelancer, I am very flexible in terms of working hours and can adapt to the student's needs and requests.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Learning ESL or French as a non-native speaker can seem like a daunting task. Fortunately, my style of tutoring incorporates lessons plans with entertaining exercises and activities. Each lesson I establish a cultural objective to give some cultural significance to the information. I also include a grammar and lexical objective which will target key vocabulary and grammar structure common when speaking about specific cultural topics. Each session begins with a warm up to test your memory and present new information, a production to apply the grammar and lexical tools With exercises, and an independent short project to complete at the end.

Hello,

I am a French student studying in Bologna for a year. I would like to be able to give French and / or English lessons in parallel with my studies.

I already gave lessons when I was in France, so I have a pedagogy adapted for the youngest students.

I can also babysit if needed.

With me you will learn in a very methodical way. My course is divided into a first purely theoretical part where I try to explain the basic concepts. Then a set of guided exercises and in increasing order of difficulty. Finally a freer third part where the student will have to find the solution to the problem on his own, using as little help as possible in order to improve himself at best! All with explained corrections, detailed with tips and more!
See you soon ! :)

I am an Erasmus student in Bologna, I come from France, from Lyon more precisely. I am staying in Italy for a year, and I would like to use this time to teach my mother tongue! I can teach at all levels, for children and to support learning French at school, but also for students and adults who want to start / strengthen their learning in French.

Hello, I offer French and English lessons for all levels! My name is Manon, I am a French student, and this year I am studying in Bologna. Born in the United States, I speak fluent English. I then came to live in France when I was 5 years old, so I also speak fluent French.

For me, learning a language necessarily involves speaking, that's why my course will always start with a discussion phase between me and the student, so that he can tell me about his day, the latest film he saw or the last book he read... The other essential aspect of learning a language is to listen to it. This is why I will ask each session to the student to choose a video to watch that he will have to comment on the next session both orally but also in writing. Of course, these exercises will be adapted according to the age and level of the student. Finally, it is also elementary to work on the basics of grammar, conjugation and spelling of the language through written exercises that we will correct together.

My lessons can be adapted for all levels

My lessons can also be done remotely, by videoconference, with teams, Skype or Zoom.
