My name is Chiara, I'm a native Italian speaker, and I work as a freelance translator and interpreter. I have a Master's Degree in Specialised Translation.

I have been teaching Italian, French, Spanish, and English for over eight years to both adults and children.

In 2016/17, I worked as an Italian and Spanish teacher for adults at an Agency of the European Union while I was living in Strasbourg, France. In 2021, I expanded my experience and began working as an English teacher for primary school children of all ages at Educraft Language School in Bologna.

I fluently speak all four languages, and I use them in my everyday life since my clients come from all over Europe.

Of all the work experiences I have had, teaching children is definitely the one that satisfied me the most. I enjoy teaching bilingual children and helping them overcome the challenges that come with having a bilingual brain.

Learning ESL or French as a non-native speaker can seem like a daunting task. Fortunately, my style of tutoring incorporates lessons plans with entertaining exercises and activities. Each lesson I establish a cultural objective to give some cultural significance to the information.
