About Me

Unless the student requests a different thing, my lessons are usually divided into the 4 main skills required to learn a language: reading, listening, speaking and writing. All the content will be related either to the student's likes, either to the culture of any of the Spanish speaking countries. I'm a Spanish Philologist, so I'm really concerned of how important is to make all the varieties of language visible. I also believe that literature, music, pictorial art and the coming up audiovisual material are a fantastic source of knowledge for students of a second language. In my lessons, we will take our time to discuss what we read/watch/listen to. And of course, I am passionate for grammar, I will provide you with all the details you'd need to know about Spanish. To me, it is very important that the student has fun in class and developpes a further interest on, at least, one certain aspect of a language, so that he/she has motivation to keep on going.
