After studying opera at the conservatories of Nantes, La Rochelle, and currently Bayonne, I now guide my students in developing full body awareness by providing them with a clear and accessible understanding of the physical mechanisms of singing. My aim is to give them a visual framework to clarify the workings of the vocal and respiratory systems, with the goal of freeing the voice and singing fully, with their whole body, and above all, with fulfillment and joy.

Course run:
1- Physical and vocal warm-up: 30 minutes of exercises borrowed from yoga, respiratory physiotherapy, Tai Chi, among others... - Breath control, resonance, voice placement, vocal exercises
2- Work on repertoire or on a text/speech brought by the student or chosen together: vocal technique, interpretation (approximately 40 minutes)
3- Summary (10 min)
