I am a musician, qualified music teacher, and master's graduate in Music and sound for media.

I offer music tuition in guitar, bass & piano as well as music production and recording techniques.

Whatever your abilities and goals with your music, I will tailor each course to suit your needs. Whether you're just starting out and want to improve your musical proficiency or are more advanced and wish to incorporate theory/songwriting/production. My teaching focuses on achieving student-led goals in a supportive, fun, and professional environment.

As a trained secondary and post 16 teachers I am also able to offer support and tutoring for students studying music at all levels.

Lessons will be taught from my home with access to a range of amps, keyboards, and effects pedals.
I am also willing to travel.

I am an experienced and devoted musician and teacher with 13+ years touring, performing, composing and recording experience and 7+ years of teaching experience both privately and in schools in the UK.

Music is my passion and it is my privilege to be able to work with students who wish to explore the deeper and ever enriching world of Music in whatever way they like. This could be with a chosen instrument, composition, using music technology for production and sound design or theory and musicology.

As a performing artist since 1997 with twenty years of teaching experience, I have earned the confidence to give you the skills and allow you to observe inwards as you refine them.

My unique method brings together elements from many styles, combining classical, pop, blues, jazz, and folk music into a very personal learning experience.

My primary focus is on creating a personal connection and approach to the chosen instruments and to music in general. This includes (depending on your wishes, of course) your own musical expression, improvisation, songwriting (with lyrics if desired), song accompaniment and improvisation, as well as music theory and instrument-specific references.

Stylistically, the focus is on blues, rock, folk pop and world music, with strong references and influences from classical music, hip hop, electronic music and jazz.

Course for beginners and advanced students

My course focuses on the personal realtion between the individual, the chosen instruments and the music itself. This includes musical expression, improvisation, songwriting, songwriting, interpretation as well as music theory and specific aspects of the instrument.

My musical background lies between blues, folk, rock, pop and world music with influences from classical, as well as electronic music, hip hop and jazz.

Nelle mie lezioni di chitarra imparerai le nozioni base per poter suonare questo strumento. I am a musician and composer specializing in guitar and Jazz music, with experience in Rock and Pop, and in other musical genres. In my guitar lessons you will learn the basics of playing this instrument. You will learn to play traditional Rock and Pop songs and riffs, or Jazz songs as Standard or modern songs. You will learn scales and arpeggios that will be absolutely important for you to get closer to the concept of improvisation. Yes, you will learn how to improvise and write your own music!
For the more "advanced" we will go deeper into topics, such as the technique of the instrument, improvisation, the development of the melodic and rhythmic sense or your original compositions. Together we will learn songs and delve into music theory to put it in a practical way. I will share with you my approach for writing music and developing creativity.
