Mathematics and Physics – from middle school to preparatory classes, by a former MP* engineer

From 48 C$ /h

As a final year student at ENSIIE (engineering school, Mines-Télécom group) and former student of MP* preparatory class, I offer private lessons in mathematics and physics for all levels: middle school, high school (common core and specializations), preparatory classes and first year of university.

For over two years, I have been mentoring high school and university students. My approach is based on three ideas:

- Understanding before learning: I go back over the concepts from the basics, with clear explanations and concrete examples, until the breakthrough happens.
- Identify the source of errors: my work has trained me to pinpoint precisely where and why a line of reasoning breaks down. I do the same with your exercises to quickly get unstuck.
- Develop a method: writing, time management, preparation for tests, the baccalaureate and competitions.

The sessions are tailored to your goals: catching up, strengthening your foundations, aiming for a better grade, or preparing for an exam. Each lesson is based on your program and your own exercises, with regular monitoring of your progress.

Available in person (Épinay-sur-Seine and surrounding areas) or via videoconference.

Extra information

Please bring your notebook, exercises, and course materials, as well as any recent homework or tests, so we can focus on your specific needs. For video conferencing sessions: you will need a stable internet connection, headphones if possible, and a sheet of paper or a tablet to write on. The first session will be to assess your current level and goals.

Computer engineer (specialized in 'BIG DATA & IA')
I propose an individualized pedagogy, a help to the preparation of the contests or exams.
With a rigorous method and a high availability, you will be able to progress in harmony with the courses of your establishment, with progress reports and periodic Chekpoints, you will find yourself ready for your exams without panic and without overload.

Today engineers in civil engineering, I love maths and SVT.
Being aware of the difficulties that can be encountered during his studies course, I would be happy to help a young student to improve in the subjects offered.

The place is flexible and to be arranged according to my availabilities

I offer a tutoring course during the holidays to the child going from C2 until high school, in SVT math and physics chemistry. My course aims to fill some gaps that the child might have and to clarify some point that he might not have understood well.

Having obtained a baccalaureate S specialty Sciences of the Engineer, being a holder of a DUT in Thermal and Energy Engineering and entering an engineering degree in energy, my courses are particularly aimed at students of series S (all materials), but also of series L and ES in science subjects and, of course, middle and high school students. I am particularly close to mathematics and physics, these subjects being at the heart of my current studies.

My goal is to help middle and high school students come to terms with school subjects, show them what they are going to do for them, and above all to make them aware of their potential, while giving them the motivation they need to succeed!

Being a PhD student in mathematics and computer science specifically in data science, I give support courses since my first academic years. Teaching has become a real passion and I always enjoy passing on knowledge and know-how.
Teaching is not only and exclusively the transmission of knowledge, it is also a coaching and coaching to help pupils and students to have more confidence in themselves and to better explore their skills.

It is in this perspective that I offer my services to middle and high school students but also to students in the fields of mathematics, physics, computer science and computer science not only to fill their pedagogical difficulties but also to explore other methodologies of work as well as better time management to fully exploit their full potential

I travel throughout the Paris region and I make sessions of 1h30 or 2h.

Do not hesitate to contact me in case of need.

Young engineer graduated in finance and holder of a baccalaureate S. I provide tutoring and I give private lessons to college and high school students since 2015. I offer tailor-made pedagogy according to different profiles. The objective is to put the student in confidence, so that he feels able to progress; ideal conditions for efficiency and good results.
My lessons are intended for students with difficulties and delays in scientific subjects (math, physics, please). You will develop your capacities of analysis, interpretation and understanding. You will gain in methodology which will save you a lot of time during the evaluations. Thanks to the regular exercises and the follow-up that I offer, you will progress efficiently and surely.

A certified teacher (holder of the Capes in Mathematics), I graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, which I joined after a preparatory class at the Henri IV high school.
At the same time, I studied at ESSEC and in the Faculty of Philosophy.

I offer private lessons for all levels (college, high school and higher education)

My studies allow me to offer you courses in scientific subjects (Mathematics, Physics-Chemistry, Engineering Sciences or SVT), humanities (History, General Culture) and literature (French, Philosophy)

With very good spelling, I can also offer you proofreading and corrections of documents.

I can move, welcome you or offer lessons by webcam.

Private teacher for more than 9 years, I am serious, patient and smiling and I know how to adapt to everyone's needs.

Being a student in artificial intelligence engineering (Master 2), I aim through the courses to make the students understand their courses and to practice on them, but also to answer their questions concerning their applications, because generally the students are asks a lot, why do we need to know this or that course?, where can I use it?, why does it interest me?, understanding with application perspectives will stimulate their enthusiasm for understanding mathematics, and it will help a lot in understanding the most complex lessons, something I have tried with quite a few students and which gives very good results, without losing the objective of explaining their lessons to them and guiding them towards autonomy in understanding.

Holder of a scientific baccalaureate, a professional license in Computer systems, networks and security, and an Upper Intermediate level certification in English, I offer support courses in particular addressed to college and primary students, in order to help them to better assimilate the concepts acquired in mathematics, in French and in English, on the theoretical level and also on the practical level. I help the students to: resume lessons in class, do homework, train with other appropriate strengthening exercises, prepare the following chapters.

Graduated with a master's degree in financial mathematics from Gustave Eiffel University and École des Ponts ParisTech, I have solid skills in mathematics as well as programming languages such as Python and C++. I also have significant teaching experience, having given lessons to pupils and students of various levels with very satisfactory results.

You can count on me to help you enjoy the material taught and excel in your learning. I am convinced that creating a close relationship with my students is essential to foster an optimal learning environment.

The best way to study mathematics is to love math first. I shall briefly explain the theory behind every concept ( depending on student requirement ) if you think math is hard, I promise you that I shall make math is the easiest subject for you.

Applied mathematics engineer, passionate about pedagogy and the transmission of knowledge.
I support students from high school to Bac+3 with a clear, structured method adapted to their level.
More than 20 students successfully monitored thanks to a personalized and progress-oriented approach.
