- Learn to defend yourself
- While adapting your schedule

Do not go further !

After 15 years of French boxing (or "savate"), competitions in technique and combat, as well as sports coaching, I offer:
- private sports coaching (1 to 2 people)
- private English and/or French boxing lessons (4 people maximum for better progress)
- 1h or 2h
- at the EEBIC building (at the Erasmus metro station)
- available from Monday to Sunday

French boxing or "savate" was born in France in the early 19th century to meet the demand for safety in the streets while offering intense physical activity.
To caricature, the savate is a combat sport using the art of boxing for fists and different martial arts for the feet (but is the only sport where kicks are worn while wearing shoes).
Today, French boxing, in addition to being taught to French brigades, has become a competitive sport in its own right.

Although not much publicized, it is considered as:
- a complete effective combat sport,
- among the most technical (each movement requires a particular decomposition to allow to execute fast shots, specifying with a significant impact) and
- tactics (learning to influence the behavior of your opponent and what movements to make).

So if you want to learn French and/or English boxing and/or exert yourself to feel proud and full of energy and/or become/feel even more beautiful than you already are, don't hesitate to contact me. contact.

Thomas.

About Me
After more than 13 years of French boxing (or "savate"), competitions in technique and combat, as well as sports coaching, I propose to share my knowledge, my tips and technique for maximum efficiency.
And above all, to share my love for French boxing.

I adapt my classes according to the ages and goals of my students.
For example, are you looking to lose weight? lose weight while having fun on boxing moves? And / or you really want to learn how to box.

Of character, I try to best reflect the values shared by French boxing (see below).

Why French boxing?

In addition, it is a sport that aims to share a knowledge of life, essential values in our lives such as respect for oneself and others, self-confidence, fair play, the desire to learn, the desire to overcome oneself and not to give up, to face adversity, to remain positive.
Education
Having sports training, but also training in psychology and pedagogy, I am inspired by the most effective learning methods in order to offer a real progression.

My lessons are flexible and built on over 6 years of experience — and thousands of classes taught.
I tune into the needs and rhythms of each student and adapt my sessions accordingly. Over time, I have refined a teaching approach that is both structured and intuitive, based on breath, body awareness, and alignment.

My classes are dynamic, precise, and revitalizing. Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture.
Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness.

I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively.
After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body.

I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings:
• at home and online,
• in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes,
• abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship),
• and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants.

In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga.

Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat.

And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress.

Teaching is a vocation for me — I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey with a consistent, safe, and enriching practice.
