I adopt a unique, holistic approach to movement that combines elements of yoga, tai chi and breathwork. Some of the benefits of a regular practice include a healthier, more supple spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance and a deep internal strength. It addresses the whole human system bringing it into greater balance. Promotes the clearing and awakening of the lymphatic and cardiovascular system. Focusing on the breath it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity. The ultimate goal of this practice is to create a better body and emotional awareness making the person feel at home in one's body. Hi everyone! Bonjour! I'm Alexandre, a French student now living in Amsterdam for an internship. As you could imagine, I'm here to teach French! I am an enthusiastic tutor who can make learning fun and relevant. I enjoy teaching my tongue language and like seeing my students making progress in French! I started teaching French last year in Lyon, and I want to continue this experience and make Dutch-interested people better at speaking and reading, also by learning more about French culture. I did two years of science preparatory class (intensive studies) and I've now finished my first year of Business school in France (emlyon business school). We practice speaking, reading, and writing with my students. I teach from scratch and to a desirable result! I am very friendly and the atmosphere is always nice during the lesson! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, I will be glad to answer!

Who? I am a twenty-eight-year-old French and U.S. Anthropology student. I am trained in FLE (French as a Second Language) and have worked for the National French Education Ministry as a Middle School Teacher on the beautiful island of Mayotte. Following that exotic experience, I decided to change course and study Anthropology all the while teaching French as a Second Language on a freelance basis. I moved to the Netherlands just recently and have decided to continue practicing as a French tutor. I have also tutored English classes in France for five years. What? I offer French or FLE (French as a Second Language) courses based on multiple sources and I regularly renew them because it is important to be in adequacy with today's society. As I just started learning Dutch, I teach in English all the while aiming for 90% French during the class. Where? Normally I go to the learner's home. For the moment, online courses are also popular. When? I work every day of the week.
