Hi, I've been passionately playing the clarinet since I was ten. In the meantime, it has gotten quite out of hand and I travel all over the world to give concerts. Classical music, klezmer, but also modern music. In my teaching I like to share this passion, with beginners, advanced students and professionals. There is a lot of music making during the lessons! My studio in Amsterdam is easily accessible by public transport. One hour lessons, twice a month are the starting point For the youngest it can also be every week.

Here you can have fun and let go of all the stored emotions that you no longer need, and feel weightless and free without the aid of anything. The practice of Roller Dance is a completely independent street art with very few rules. If you are a lover of "quads" (roller skates) that you dream of sliding on the asphalt with your hair blowing in the wind and that you like old school culture, you've come to the right place;) I suggest for beginners (first time or not yet comfortable) to gain confidence on roller skates thanks to balance exercises as well as basic steps and tips to safely learn the basics of Roller Dance. For the intermediate level (you hold on well on your skates) I suggest learning the most emblematic steps of this discipline, which have made the reputation of Roller Dance all over the world, you will be able to do sequences yourself and why not improvise in the evening. For the advanced level (you already know how to dance on roller skates) I suggest that you make your movements more fluid by correcting the posture and by incorporating the arms, to take steps at a higher level, but also to help you create your own "routine" (small loop representing your signature)

My teaching method meets the student's needs. Above all, I try to make people keep their passion and taste for music and my main goal is to make music or art a pleasure and not a sacrifice. I motivate students, showing them the benefits of exploring their unique talents, but also not hiding the need for continuous work and with some obstacles, sometimes difficult, to overcome. I let the students bring their own musical choices and, over time, I also recommend material that I think may be useful for a faster, simpler, and more efficient evolution. As I said, I focus on the pleasure of singing but also on the technique that allows us to achieve the best results with less effort. I hope that my way of teaching will work with you, but we always have to adapt to the needs and personalities of each one. Come and try it!

Hey there! In my lessons, what you want is the most important. That's why we create together a plan of study with ideas, goals and subjects to reach out our dream to make music (that's also my dream) Nevertheless, I can give you an overview of the content: I divide the music theory in two: Technical and Musical. Technical Theory regarding all the concepts and information related to music, and Musical Theory regarding the ideas and concepts to help us understand and improve the performance of music. Besides that, we look to harmony in a functional, rhythmical and organic way. We learn and approach music from the first lesson, looking at it from different angles (understanding rhythm and essence of a song for example). All this plus a nice diet of assignments and exercises: D Furthermore, we put especial attention to enjoying music. That means playing but also listening music! For me, that's one of the best ways to learn :) And of course, we learn as well by making mistakes, so at the end it's all about fun and trying things out;) Remember: "True success isn't just getting what you want in life - it's liking what you get";) César

There is something that Math, Chemistry, and Spanish have in common: They can give you a very bad time if you do not understand the good. This is where I come in. Since I was a kid I struggled with those areas. But when I learned them correctly, I loved them. I loved math and chemistry so much that I decided to study Chemical Engineering. Contact me if you want to quickly learn math, chemistry, physics, and/or Spanish.

Whether you do it for yourself or for your loved ones, cooking is an art meant to bring pleasure and joy. The French language is characterized by beautiful sounds and beautiful expressions, but given the many types of grammatical tenses, it is sometimes difficult to 'get the hang of'. By talking a lot in French and being busy with the language in its various forms, the 'vehicle' becomes an interesting challenge in the long run. How nice is it to visit Paris, for example, and be able to make yourself understood there?

What can you expect? - For beginners: Reading notes, sense of rhythm and a playful introduction to the piano. -For advanced students: Interpretation, expression, expanding repertoire and stage preparation. - For children: Learning through play, with plenty of room for personal input and imagination. Music is more than just the right notes; it's a language, an emotion, and a way to express yourself. Whether you're a hyperactive child finding peace at the keyboard, an adult finally wanting to learn that Chopin piece, or a teenager eager to play the latest pop hit: my lessons are for you. I'm Catherine, a classically trained pianist with a broad repertoire of over 50 pieces, ranging from Chopin and Rachmaninoff to film scores and contemporary pop. My strength lies in conveying the EMOTION of music, not just the technique. In a world with an increasing number of neurodivergent children—children who think and feel differently—I believe it's crucial to reach them in their own way. Music can spark their creativity and help them feel empowered to make their own choices. Whether you're looking for peace, a challenge, or passion, I'll tailor the lesson to your needs.

I was living for four years in France, which gave me the possibility to learn the language. I can teach you basic grammar, pronunciation, writing form of the language, sentences needed for usual communication in the same way as I have a need to speak and write French and not knowing a simple word before. As for vocabulary, we can follow for example Duolingo, and like this, you can enhance your lessons with your self-improvement and training.
