About Me

I am a professional Music Teacher with a BA in Music, specializing in Piano. I have around 10 years of school teaching experience and more than 8 years of private tutoring experience.

‎I have taught at ICS Addis, Sandford International School, One Planet International School, and other schools. I teach Piano, Guitar, and Music Fundamentals and adapt my lessons to each student's level, age, interests, and goals.

‎I have a BA degree in Music from Addis Ababa University, with Piano as my major instrument and Guitar as my minor instrument.

‎I am also currently studying Civil Engineering at Unity University through the extension program.

Music is a very interesting form of art. I personally use my own music skills to relieve myself when I am hurting emotionally. I think after a certain level of playing the instruments we create a kind of connection with it, it is that kind of connection that I bring to you and your children. The feeling beyond knowledge and the satisfaction it gives, the ability to express your selves through the instrument. I am very specialized with kids and teens but I also teach adults. I teach you Music theory and help you understand what you play, I help train your ear and help you connect more with it because ears are very important in music.
