In 2015 I performed, at the Lutherse Kerk with the Valerius Symphonic Student Orchestra, Shostakovich’s Symphony nr. 5. At the time I was doing an exchange program in Industrial Design at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. I have far more experience with Classical Music, but I also played rock in a few bands. I also studied Electronic music production, so I'm very open to whatever type of music you want to learn. I used to teach to all levels, but in 2019 I suffered a stroke that left me with a disability that only allows me to teach beginners. I recently started piano lessons with Imanol, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He is incredibly patient and creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. His knowledge of the instrument is impressive, and he explains concepts clearly, providing just the right amount of information to keep me engaged without feeling overwhelmed. One of the things I appreciate most is how he challenges me in a positive way. The lessons are structured so that I can steadily progress, but there's always an element of pushing me just outside my comfort zone, which has really helped me grow. Overall, the experience has been rewarding, and I look forward to each lesson. Highly recommend!
