Private Yoga classes (all levels and styles) in Mexico City, MX (Miguel Hidalgo)
Sharon
I have been fortunate enough to work with Sharon, for about a month now, to address a string of sports injuries incurred through my military career. Her classes have been so very positive, encouraging, and free of any sort of judgement . Sharon maintains wonderful professional boundaries and has met me where I am at, in my own journey, and approached our time as a guide to my own personal goals.
At the risk of buffing my own ego, I have been fortunate enough to spend stretches of time in most of the “spiritual”/yoga hubs around the world (Bali, Koh Phangan, Rishikesh, Ibiza, etc) and struggle to recall a better example of one whose own practice is better reflected from the inside out.
We are really lucky to have Sharon right here in CDMX, I highly recommend her 🙏🏻

Viola and Violin Lessons: Technique, Improv, and a Healthy Relationship with your Instrument (Los Angeles)
Zachary
What I enjoy most about my lessons with Zachary is how personable he is. You will not find a more patient or kinder instructor. For me, I decided that I wanted to learn how to play the violin later in life. I have never played an instrument my entire life. Zachary did not make me feel like my new start was impossible and he does not patronize. These are things that I have encountered from teachers in the past. Zachary meets you where you are in your abilities and helps you realize your potential. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help you on your journey. I highly recommend Zachary as a teacher if you are beginner to the most advanced levels. I look forward to each session! If you’ve read this far, stop what you’re doing and book him.
