My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals. Children (7–12 years old) For younger students, lessons focus on building confidence while making learning fun. We begin with simple vocal warm-ups and ear training to develop pitch and intonation, then move on to singing their favourite songs, encouraging good vocal habits in an enjoyable way. Teenagers (12-17 years old) With teenage students, we start with more structured vocal warm-ups and exercises. As we discover their natural voice, we work on developing a comfortable vocal range, improving technique, and applying these skills through songs that suit their voice and interests. Adults and seniors (18+) For adult students, lessons are usually divided into two parts. We begin with vocal technique, focusing on breathing, diaphragm support, scales, arpeggios, and intonation. We then apply these techniques through singing, helping you develop confidence, control, and healthy vocal habits. I will give you repertoire to study or we will study the pieces you have to prepare. The final goal will be to sing on a musical accompaniment. Every student learns at a different pace. Some may spend more time building a solid technical foundation before moving on to more challenging repertoire, and that’s perfectly fine. My priority is to ensure that every student feels comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their vocal journey. I teach children, teenagers, and adults and seniors from complete beginners to advanced singers. My classical training provides a strong technical foundation that can be applied to any musical style, whether you enjoy pop, musical theatre, jazz, rock, or classical singing. I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

I offer private lessons in opera singing and vocal coaching, tailored to your level, needs, and desires. 🎶 As a mezzo-soprano opera singer, I graduated with a Master's degree in opera singing from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I also completed a year of training at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome, where I deepened my vocal technique in Italian bel canto. My method is based on the techniques of operatic art, enriched by my years of training in Belgium and Italy as well as by my professional experience. 🎤 For all levels and all voices My courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced singers, in operatic singing as well as other styles: pop, variety, jazz, rock or spoken voice. Whether you wish to discover your voice, progress technically, gain confidence, prepare for an audition, an exam or simply enjoy singing, I offer personalized support according to your objectives. 🌿 A free voice begins with a relaxed body I pay particular attention to physical relaxation, breathing, and the prevention of vocal tension. My work with speech therapists specializing in voice has allowed me to deepen my understanding of the link between the body and the voice. I also completed training in polyvagal theory, which enriched my understanding of the links between breath, bodily sensations, and voice. Breathing, relaxation, and vibration exercises can therefore be integrated into the course to prepare the body and promote freer vocal expression. 🎶 Develop a natural and projected voice The goal is to find a natural projection of the voice, without forcing or creating unnecessary tension, by progressively working on the coordination between breathing, body and vocal production. Depending on your needs, we can work: - breathing and support - posture and body relaxation - vocal technique and placement - voice projection - diction and articulation - musicality and repertoire - Body expression and interpretation - preparation for auditions, exams and concerts 🎭 Theatre in service of the voice Alongside my musical training, I also have a background in theatre, particularly in the Stanislavski method. This approach allows me to explore voice and interpretation through the body, sensations, images, and intentions. As a student and professional singer, I spent many years exploring and questioning different vocal methods to understand how to achieve the best and healthiest results. This journey became an important part of my Master’s research, where I explored the topic of “Finding Your Vocal Way” and studied different approaches to vocal training. This experience strongly influences my teaching philosophy. My goal is to help each student develop their voice without unnecessary stress or tension, discover their unique vocal potential and musicality, and build a healthy and confident relationship with their voice. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced singer, I adapt my lessons to your individual needs, level and goals. We can explore classical singing, opera, Armenian folk music and traditional singing, as well as vocal technique, breathing, resonance, diction, musical interpretation and performance.
