Learn to play guitar in a fun and easy way. Unlock your fretboard and understand what melody, rhythm, harmony, scales, modes and intervals are. Music theory can seem complicated at first but you'd be amazed of how easy and useful it is once you break it down into simplified lessons and exercises.

In my classes I aim to transmit first of all my passion and love for music. I like to prepare a personalized programme adapted to the level and exigencies of each pupil. I also aim to include some violin duos, to be played with me during the lessons, as I believe playing with other musicians is one of the best ways to enjoy music and learn useful musical and technical skills at the same time. Another essential factor in my classes is correct and natural posture while playing, to let music heal our souls instead of hurting our bodies! ;) I have been practicing Yoga for a few years, and have experienced the importance of good posture and targeted light stretching, especially for younger players in a phase of growth and change. I like to help pupils to develop good technical skills in a fun way, always applying technique to targeted repertoire and keeping in mind that technique is nothing but a means of expressing ourselves through music. I give lessons in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Piano is a beautiful form of listening to music. What's even better is being able to play the instrument yourself. I am happy to help with this, because the most important step is getting started. Once that step has been taken, things will only get easier. I work with both books and songs that the students choose themselves, I choose the appropriate sheet music for this, because the best thing is to play songs that you really like!

Hello, my name is Vinicius, I am a Brazilian Biologist and I have a Master's degree on Neuroscience Research at VU Amsterdam. I have been playing guitar since I was 11 and I have been teaching the instrument for over a decade now. I believe that motivating the student and helping him to integrate the instrument into his daily routine is the most important role that a teacher can do. My methodology is the flipped-classroom and I use the Google Classroom platform: every week, I will write a study guide with details of what we discussed during class + references (videos/blogs/books). This can be used by the student to study carefully at their own pace. During our next class, we will discuss the points you had the most difficulty and advance your knowledge further. I can also record videos and write essays from scratch specifically for you, whenever the material is not available online. About me I learned to play the guitar on my own - later in life I had classical training at university (singing, piano and classical guitar). I play Fingerstyle guitar, popularized by artists like Andy McKee, Tommy Emmanuel and Antoine Dufour, which consists of playing melody, harmony and percussion at the same time. I have published an EP named "14th of August" with original fingerstyle compositions in 2020.

Hello, my name is Fidan. I'm a professional classical pianist with 15 years of experience on stage. I am from Azerbaijan and I teach classical music to amateur musicians and both in English and Russian. We can learn songs that you have always wanted to play. I can also help young musicians and kids with their music homework Are you're struggling to remember poems, formulas of equations, have trouble concentrating, or just want to be more creative? Music is the right choice for you, as it connects a wide range of fields : from art and philosophy to mathematics. For the sake of having better understanding of music, in our lessons we shall listen to greater masters, composers, conductors and pianists, analyze their performances, views and opinions about music. We'll look into why Beethoven's the 5th is so genius, what makes baroque music so great, how come waltz has so many faces, what is a symphony and so much more. My method includes developing your musical ear, which is done by singing, writing musical dictations which, by the way, is one of the best ways to improve the short and long term memory. Also, you will acquire a good deal of practical knowledge as well as theoretical. Every theoretical aspect will be explained and applied practically, the material will literally go through your fingers. Our lessons will be exiting and a comfy place for new ideas. If there is any song you have always dreamt to play - we will make it happen. Can't wait to uncover music's greatest wonders and secrets with you.
