Hello! I'm Nina, a drummer from Amsterdam. I am currently studying Drums at the Amsterdam Conservatory (Pop Department). I play in multiple bands and various session projects, including 45ACIDBABIES and Anna Joan + more. I work a lot with Hybrid Drums (SPD and triggers) and also teach Ableton. I love many different music styles, so you've come to the right place for any genre! The studio is located in the Q-Factory in Amsterdam with two professional drum kits and sound system. If all this is too far or for some other reason not reachable, lessons at home and / or online are also possible! We can work on, among other things: - Hand technique (how do I hold my sticks? Or which stick technique do I use for different music styles?) - Creativity (how can I eventually make cool drum parts myself? Or parts other than the ones you would initially come up with?) - Improvisation (lots of playing and trying!) - Timing, playing along with songs (with click tracks), how can I become more playful with the click? - Relaxed posture - Drum notation (learning to read drum notes) - New fills, grooves and beats - Sound (how do I tune my drums? which drum sound do I want for different types of music?) - Hybrid drums (working with samples on the SPD and/or triggers) in combination with Ableton. And of course we will play along to your favorite songs a lot! I especially hope that I can create lessons together with you that match what you like and what you would like to learn. All levels and ages are welcome!

Hi everyone, thanks for checking out my profile! I am a guitarist and lutenist with 19 years of experience in musical performance. I have taught at public professional conservatories, as well as at various private music schools, to students of all ages and skill levels. In my classes, neither age nor skill level is a barrier to teaching musicality and guitar technique. My main objective is to reveal the student's intrinsic qualities naturally and progressively through the enjoyment of music, and the results are proven by the feedback from my students (and their parents). We can work with many different musical styles within classical music, exploring its various forms, musical languages, and sources of musical notation. We can also delve into popular musical styles such as flamenco (rumbas, fandangos, alegrías, sevillanas, etc.) and their different strumming patterns, scales, harmonic structures, and time signatures. Or we can explore the vast and fascinating world of early music through tablatures and manuscripts from the 16th century. Whether you're a beginner, advanced student, child, teenager, or adult, whether for auditions, concert preparation, music schools, music exams, as a hobby, or simply for the love of the guitar, you are all welcome to join my lessons. I can teach in English and Spanish.

For as long as I can remember, I loved music. I have successfully completed my BA degree and Mmus in Singing Performance My passion for music started at an early age with piano lessons. which was the start of my academic path in music. I successfully completed my ABRSM Grade 8 exams both in piano and music theory. Theory of music was always a great interest of mine and the thought of passing my knowledge through tutoring excites me. I am familiar with the long practice and study hours in order to achieve perfection. I have a very good knowledge of the piano ABRSM syllabus and feel very confident I can transfer this knowledge over to an interested student. I teach piano and theory of music based on the ABRSM syllabus, however, if the student wants to focus on a specific topic I am happy to do so. I am also a singing teacher in pop/jazz music.
