Looking for a piano teacher? In Utrecht you will find the friendly Spanish professional pianist Mar. She lives in Utrecht and studies at the Rotterdam Codarts Conservatory of Music, and has already a master's degree from the Utrecht Conservatory (with pedagogical training as well) She teaches in English, Spanish, Italian, German and soon in Dutch. Lessons can take place at your place or at my place (in the centre of Utrecht) as I have a beautiful grand piano at my disposal. Lessons in Utrecht (and surroundings), Houten, Vleuten, De Meern, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. For young, teenagers and adults, all levels, no previous experience necessary. Hallo allemaal! I have been working for 12 years as a piano and music teacher (I started very very young, when I was 14 years old, because I always liked teaching): I have experience in private lessons and official state music schools, with children from 2 years and adults of all levels, both teaching individually and in groups. I have taught piano, music and movement for children, music theory, solfeggio and choir. I finished my bachelor studies with the highest marks, I have experience as a concert performer and have won prizes in competitions and several scholarships prizes. I hope to have the pleasure that we both learn by making music together, do not hesitate to contact me! Flexible timetable and teaching adapted to the student's preferences

In consultation, there are many possibilities regarding days and times (both during the day and in the evening). Available for home lessons in Amsterdam on Monday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons. I pay close attention to varied touching technique, the use of the pedal, and expressive dynamic nuances. Furthermore, thanks to my musical upbringing, I am well-versed in the Kodály method, making the connection between singing and the inner ear with instrumental technique a very natural part of my teaching approach. Additionally, I enjoy teaching you how to accompany other instruments (such as voice or violin), so that you master the basics of chamber music and playing together. My goal is to help your musicality flourish in a patient and personal atmosphere – whether you are just starting out or wish to further deepen your technique. Guitar & Bass Lessons. Clear, professional, and not too restrictive.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Guitar & Bass Lessons. Clear, professional, and not too restrictive.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I’m a guitarist and bassist with a strong passion for music and live performance. I’ve spent many years playing, learning, and exploring different styles, and I’m excited to share my experience with students who want to improve their playing or discover the instrument. I’m also a member of a well-known Spacetoon & Anime cover band, where I regularly perform live. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to play on stages at many of the major music festivals and events across Tunisia, giving me valuable experience as both a musician and a live performer. I offer guitar and bass lessons for beginners and intermediate players, with a practical approach focused on actually playing music and developing your own style. I mainly work with: Rock Blues Metal Alternative Funk Anime & Japanese music And many other styles My lessons are primarily practice-oriented rather than focused on traditional music theory. However, I believe that understanding your instrument is important, so I introduce theory naturally whenever it helps you play, improvise, and understand music better. Depending on your goals, we can work on: Guitar and bass techniques Chords, scales and practical theory Rhythm, timing and groove Picking, strumming and fingerstyle techniques Learning and analyzing songs Writing riffs and creating your own music Preparing for live performances Every student is different, so I adapt the lessons to your level, musical tastes, and personal goals. Whether you’re picking up a guitar or bass for the first time, looking to improve your technique, or simply want to become more confident playing your favorite songs, I’d be happy to help you on your musical journey.

Classical and modern cello classes in BarcelonaTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Classical and modern cello classes in BarcelonaTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I've been teaching continuously for over 10 years, and I'd like to explain what you can expect from a class with me. Personalized approach: The most important thing is to know what you want to achieve. I will tailor the lessons to your needs: playing for pleasure at home is not the same as preparing for entrance exams (although always with the same rigor). Your goals will influence the methodology, the organization of your studies, the repertoire, and so on. Relaxed (but rigorous) environment: Once you've defined your goals, classes will be dynamic and pressure-free. Note! "Relaxed" doesn't mean undemanding; we'll just avoid military methods—especially given my personality and sense of humor. Music, not just notes: My methods are very dynamic, with a special emphasis on hearing and musicality. No "read, play, and turn the page." I avoid approaches obsessed with reading sheet music without memorizing, listening, or understanding what is being played. I want you to own your performance and make artistic decisions. Warning! I might even make you sing. No stylistic barriers: Thanks to my training in Jazz and Modern Music, I give equal importance to all genres. Adapting to your tastes, we'll go from baroque to blues, from Haydn to bebop... or even Michael Jackson. Why not? If you identify with this approach, contact me! Learning the cello is a pleasure, and I'd love to share it with you!

Guitar classes with the professional teacher with 7 years of experienceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Guitar classes with the professional teacher with 7 years of experienceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello, my future student! I would love to offer you a different approach to the guitar music you love! I am an experienced guitar teacher with seven years of teaching experience in both public and private schools. During the pandemic, I also started teaching online, and I have continued offering online lessons ever since. My students come from different backgrounds and have a wide range of musical interests. Sometimes they introduce me to music I have never heard before — and I love that! We can learn the songs and repertoire you enjoy while also building the skills you need to become a confident and versatile guitarist. Of course, good musicianship comes with good technique, and I will make sure you develop a solid technical foundation so that you can feel more comfortable and free when playing the music you love. Whether you are looking for a guitar teacher for your child or finally want to make your dream of learning guitar as an adult come true, you can expect our lessons to be both fun and effective. My international experience includes concerts and studies across Europe, including Serbia, Slovakia, Poland, and Spain. Along the way, I studied music pedagogy and earned diplomas in both Performing Arts and Music Pedagogy from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Lessons are available in English, Spanish, Serbian, or Slovak. If you would like to know more about the lessons, feel free to get in touch. I would be happy to answer your questions. See you soon! 🎸 Isidora

Piano lessons & music theory for beginners and intermediates /ABRSM preparationsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Piano lessons & music theory for beginners and intermediates /ABRSM preparationsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hi there! My name is Norica. I am a pianist and a piano teacher from Tokyo. Just quickly to the point: My approach is holistic and systematic. It uses lots of fun exercises and nice educational materials from Japan in addition to the Internationally recognized standard books. (Don't worry, you don't have to understand Japanese!) You learn not only how to play piano but also how music works- music theory. I know what my students are good at and not so good at right off the bat. That's why I can tailor the lesson plans to their goals and needs. Also, if you like to take an ABRSM exam, the syllables will be tailored accordingly. So what will be tested on the day of the exam is integrated into the lessons and my class/lesson offers all-round preparation for the exam. I have helped my students pass G1, 3, 5 and 6 with a good score. Another important aspect of my lesson is to focus on improving cognitive skills - increasing memory, right-hand-left-hand-coordination, sustained attention, nonverbal communication, and a feeling of independence and freedom. I do so with unique materials from Japan and fun training. Currently students from 4 to 76 years old are taking my lessons. As an educator, I am committed to the process of learning while making lessons enjoyable and constructive. Please drop me a line if you're interested. If you have any questions about the lesson, feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer all your questions! Thank you

Drum lessons with qualified and experienced teacher - all styles, all levelsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Drum lessons with qualified and experienced teacher - all styles, all levelsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! My name is Aurel and I am a French Amsterdam-based drummer. Although currently specialized in Jazz music, I have studied various esthetics, and Pop and Rock music, in particular, are part of my background (I played in several pop-rock bands). Therefore I am able to teach a broad panel of music styles. I also have many drum methods and charts at my disposal, and have experience in teaching children from the age of 6, as well as teenagers and adults. Lessons and teaching method: I always adapt to the student's tastes and learning profiles. This is why, during the first lesson, and on a regular basis afterwards, I always take time to discuss with my students (or their parents if they are very young) to figure out together the path they want or need to follow. I will use charts and methods for those who need visual support to assimilate the skills or teach by ear and by demonstrating to the ones who feel more comfortable this way. I also play electric guitar and can jam with my students, which is a great tool for developing band playing skills or simply to have a good time. For those eager to make significant progress, I offer consistent and serious monitoring, with practice recommendations. I can for instance prepare a student for an audition or an entrance exam in a conservatory. If you are willing to improve your understanding of rhythm in general, you can also benefit from my knowledge of Indian Karnatic rhythm concepts, one of the most complete traditional approaches to rhythm. Students who simply want to learn at their pace, to have fun and unwind, are definitely welcome too! About me: In addition to my jazz drums bachelor and master degrees from the conservatory of Amsterdam (CvA), which included a thorough pedagogical training and a specialization in Indian Karnatic techniques, I benefit from 4 years of experience as an employed drum teacher in two French associative music schools (Ecole de musique de Nangis and Conservatoire des Deux Rives, Moret-sur-Loing). I am also an active musician, both on the Dutch and the French scene. My trio mainly tours in France and has played at venues such as the Sunside (Paris), or participated in competitions like the Keep An Eye International Jazz Award. I am also the co-leader of the sextet Chai Masters, finalist of several European competitions (Leiden Jazz Award, Golden Jazz Trophy in Lille, France, 7 Virtual Jazz Contest). Recently, the band was part of Keep An Eye The Records's finalists (March 2022). Its first album "Magic Realism" received critical acclaim in France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Looking forward to meeting you and passing on my know-how to you!

My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia

Aurel is great. He was trying to put himself in my shoes and think of why something was not working. While he was giving his feedback, he was sharing it in a very clear and supportive way. He also discussed with me what my goals are, he asked for samples of music and adjusted the class accordingly. He also very kindly offered me his old sticks and taught longer that he should’ve. Oh and he’s a fantastic drummer with very successful projects. I’m very happy to be taking classes from him.

My Guitar classes with Ryo has been great so far. He tailors them as per your skill level and interests. My classes have a good mix of warm up exercises, learning new techniques and playing songs. He is patient and cheerful during the lessons. I highly recommend Ryo if you are looking to learn Guitar in a fun and engaging way.
