Piano lessons in Jazz, Classical, or Modern styles; depending on the student's interest, we can mix a bit of everything or delve deep into one style. Main focus applied to overcome the problem of piano: mastering two-handed rhythm. To achieve this, I teach left-hand grooves and foundations while working on improvisation, harmony, melodies, accompaniments, and everything there is to play with the right hand. I introduce piano techniques such as walking bass, tenths, stride, drop 2, and more. From my experience, rhythm, "Groove", and the connection with the music in the moment it is being played are the most challenging aspects to learn and integrate. Thus, I give significant emphasis to these topics in my sessions, especially those aimed at playing polyrhythmic instruments such as the piano. A young clarinetist and teacher, he graduated in Higher Education with a specialization in clarinet performance from the Conservatori Superior del Liceu, with Isaac Rodríguez as his teacher, and completed the first year of the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education. Hi, my name is Jeremy and I've played music for 19 years, having performed over 200 concerts and composed with a wide variety of groups and ensembles across England and Belgium in many genres (Funk, R&B, Soul, Jazz, Rock, Alternative, Punk and more).
