The methodology focuses on the student's tastes, focusing on the fundamental pillars that need to be learned to enjoy and learn to play the drums. Hi, I’m Nikola Spasic, founder of Accordion Joy Academy, an ArtEZ Conservatory graduate, and a two-time winner of the Dutch National Accordion Competition. I teach live, private online lessons that start with you, your experience, your musical taste, your pace, and the time you have available. You don’t need to read music before starting. You don’t need to feel naturally talented. And you don’t need to have begun as a child. We’ll build the skills together, one manageable step at a time. Here’s how I’ll help you move forward. Do you want to learn to play castanets? Do not hesitate to contact me. I start from a very basic level, gradually adding different content and providing resources so that you can improve the level of castanets. I can also provide you with and recommend how to choose your castanet and where to buy it. In this class you will not only learn to play the castanet but also to understand its history, its context, how to accompany the dance, the different possible rhythms, etc. If you are eager to get started, feel free to write to me.
