Spanish and/or history lessons (French and/or Senegalese program)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello good night ! How are you ? Well I hope 🙂. Before explaining this course a small presentation is necessary. My name is Diarra, I am 21 years old and I am a student in Master 1 in Private Law. I am passionate about Spanish, English and history (and of course law haha). I like to teach in a fun way while remaining serious. (In addition, my peers to whom I explain the courses from the 3rd through the terminal to the license 2, have always appreciated my way of simply explaining even the most complicated things). I take apprentices of all ages because it is never too early or too late to learn in my opinion. My lessons will not be really complicated I will try to deliver the information in the simplest way possible for a better understanding. However (yes there is always a but), if my apprentices are students I will be demanding vis-à-vis them because the time that I will take to lead this course and the funds to be spent so that they benefit from it. are not to be overlooked and therefore should not be pure waste. In this sense, from the first session I will therefore go directly to the heart of the matter with the apprentice. Due to the coronavirus I will give lessons by Webcam but if the apprentice wants me to move. The transport costs will then be at his expense ❗️ Hoping to have convinced you, I say to you soon future (e) apprentice (e) / Parent of apprentice (e) .😉

Private Tutoring and Methodology in Law – High School Students, University Students and Adults ⚖️Translate this text using Google Translate.

Private Tutoring and Methodology in Law – High School Students, University Students and Adults ⚖️Translate this text using Google Translate.

The authenticity of an exchange. In a society increasingly rooted in a competitive approach, where automated exchanges with Artificial Intelligence cannot replace the need for human interaction, this is precisely what we lack. As a lawyer by training and an independent legal consultant, creating "Le Droit" is a breath of fresh air. This private tutoring program is aimed directly at high school students, undergraduate and graduate law students, and more generally at anyone intrigued by the beauty of legal language (you'll discover it soon enough). Moreover, being currently preparing for the entrance exam to the National School of Magistrates, a solid mastery of legal fundamentals as well as the methods required in legal studies remains. 🎓 It is now necessary to elaborate somewhat on my experience: - 4 years already dedicated to private lessons (which is significant) via the organization Complétude as well as independently (law, French, science, history and languages). Regarding the law, and to clarify my point, the teaching that was provided covered and still covers a broad spectrum within the legal field, namely: - Legal methodology (essential for success: legal essay, practical case study, case commentary and summary note) - Civil Law (fundamental concepts, contract law, family law, tort law, property law, civil procedure, etc.) - Criminal Law (fundamental concepts, special criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal law of property and business) - Administrative Law (fundamental concepts, review of the vast body of existing case law on the subject) - Labour Law (history of trade unionism, study of the employment contract) - Public Law (Constitutional Law, Law of Local Authorities, Law of Social Welfare and Action, Constitutional Litigation) - European Union Law (primary and secondary law, European Union litigation) - The Law of English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries - ... and other subjects directly related to the program of the entrance examination to the National School of the Judiciary. 👋 What about my teaching approach, you might ask? Beyond this desire for authenticity, it seems particularly crucial to dismantle the prejudices that poison the perception of legal studies. Law can then, and in my humble opinion must, be considered within the delicate balance between discipline and flexibility, between rigor and adaptability. 💬 Wouldn't you be interested? Please feel free to contact me by message and I remain available to discuss the frequency of classes and their modalities (in-person in Tours, videoconference and possibility of travel if necessary). In the meantime, Madam/Sir, it would be a real pleasure for me to support you as best I can on your path to success because, as its name suggests: you have the Right 😉

Turn abstract Edexcel IAL Law rules into clear, exam-ready arguments with a practicing lawyer who bridges common and civil law.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I’m a law tutor who specialises in Edexcel International A-Level Law — and my goal is to help you truly understand the subject, not just pass the exam. To do that, I bring more than a textbook: I’m also a practicing lawyer with experience in courts, consulting, and private client work. During my studies, I have also taken part in international law competitions, academic conferences, and published legal articles. I often draw on real cases and examples from my own legal practice, so abstract rules become concrete and memorable. At the same time, I’m completing my law degree at a leading Russian university, which keeps me closely connected to modern academic standards and exam expectations. What I bring to our lessons is the ability to show how legal rules work in real life. I’ve worked in courts and advised businesses, and I use those experiences to make Edexcel topics like negligence, contract formation, or human rights feel tangible rather than abstract. A big advantage of my background is that I’m equally comfortable in both the Romano-Germanic (continental) legal tradition — including its public law and private law dimensions — and the common law system. I know from experience how confusing it can be to switch between these two ways of thinking, and I help students build bridges between them. For Edexcel IAL, which is rooted in English common law but studied by students from all over the world, this dual perspective is incredibly valuable. I can explain not just what the law is, but why it developed that way and how it compares to other legal families. How I Teach My lessons are structured around the Edexcel specification, but I adapt them to each student’s level and goals. We work on: • Solving problem questions using clear legal reasoning (IRAC and beyond); • Writing high-scoring essays that actually answer the question; • Evaluation skills — the difference between a B and an A*; • Exam technique and time management under pressure. I don’t believe in endless memorization. I want you to understand the logic of the law, so you can apply it to any scenario the exam throws at you.
