Concert Pianist (Mozarteum Salzburg, UdK Berlin) – Advanced Piano Lessons, Competition & Audition Preparation, Alexander Technique | MunichTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am a professional concert pianist based in Munich, offering high-level private piano instruction for intermediate to advanced students, aspiring professionals, and serious adult musicians — both in person and online. My training includes the Piano Diploma with Unanimous Distinction and Gold Medal (Athenaeum “Maria Callas” Conservatory, Athens), Bachelor of Piano Performance Summa Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian (University of Indianapolis), studies at the Berlin University of the Arts in the class of Jacques Rouvier, Master’s Degree with distinction and Postgraduate studies at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, and membership of the Philippe Jaroussky Academy (orchestral performance at La Seine Musicale). I am a recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov International Music Foundation and have worked privately with artists including Ivo Pogorelich, Alain Lefèvre, Philippe Jaroussky, Zlata Chochieva and Jorge Luis Prats. Competition successes include the Grand Prix at the International Robert Canetti Music Festival (Paris), 1st Prize at the International Music Festival Mytilini, 3rd Prize at the International Alexander Scriabin Piano Competition (Paris), 3rd Prize at the IKIF International Piano Competition (New York), and 2nd Prize at the Maschmann Stiftung Competition (Vienna). I perform regularly as soloist and chamber musician across Europe, the Americas and beyond, and maintain an active cello duo. As a qualified Alexander Technique instructor specialising in musicians, I integrate principles of mindful body use, freedom of movement and injury prevention into every lesson. This approach is particularly powerful for advanced players seeking greater ease, control and expressive depth. My teaching Lessons are fully personalised: technique refinement, in-depth repertoire work (Baroque to contemporary), musical analysis and interpretation, sight-reading, harmony, and performance preparation. I prepare students for conservatory entrance exams, international competitions, auditions and professional development. Chamber music coaching is also available. I teach in English, German, French and Greek. Lessons take place at my studio in Munich, online worldwide, or (by arrangement) at the student’s location. Ideal for motivated intermediate and advanced students, young professionals, and adults who want to elevate their playing with a rigorous yet supportive, artistically informed approach. Contact me to discuss your goals and arrange a first lesson.

Online Piano Assessment and Summer Piano Reset PlanTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Online Piano Assessment and Summer Piano Reset PlanTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Fully online piano assessment and focused follow-up lessons in English for serious students who want a clear professional view of their current level, their main technical-musical bottleneck and the next practical steps. This is not a casual lesson. It is a structured professional assessment for students who practise regularly but do not fully understand why their playing still does not sound free, stable, expressive or convincing. I am a Russian-trained concert pianist and piano educator with more than 20 years of teaching experience, international performance background, recordings, masterclasses and academic-level teaching experience. I teach piano as an integrated system: sound, movement, rhythm, phrasing, memory, musical understanding and intelligent practice. During the assessment, I look at the student’s playing as a complete musical and technical system: — sound and tone quality — body coordination and technical freedom — rhythm, pulse and inner stability — phrasing and musical direction — articulation and dynamics — reading and understanding the score — voice balance, harmony, form and musical logic — memory and reliability — practice method and self-checking skills After the session, the student receives a written summary with the main observations, the central bottleneck and a concrete practice plan for the next stage of work. Possible formats: 1. Piano Assessment / Piano Reset 60 minutes online + written summary with a concrete practice plan 2. Piano Assessment + 4 focused follow-up lessons After the assessment, we can continue with 4 online lessons focused on improving the main bottleneck: reading, rhythm, sound, movement, phrasing, memory or practice strategy. Format: assessment session + 4 focused online lessons This format can be especially useful during the summer break, before the new school year, before an exam, recording or performance, after a long break from piano, or when the student feels that regular practice is not bringing the expected progress. The goal is not simply to add more pieces or more practice time. The goal is to understand what exactly is blocking progress and to build a clearer, more effective way of working. Please write to me with a short description of the student’s age, level, current repertoire and what feels most difficult at the moment.
