My way of teaching French as a Foreign Language is different from formalised learning processes, it is pragmatic, progressive and tailor-made. Why? First of all, because, before I became a teacher, I have been confronted to learning other languages: English, then Spanish, Portuguese and finally Italian. I have thus understood what is useful, mainly what is not, to enter another language, what gives the satisfaction of rapid progress in speaking, understanding, and writing... without approaches that are too often useless, time-consuming and costly for an unsatisfactory results. The FLE tuition, that is to say French as a Foreign Language, is intended for those who wish to learn French in order to be able to live in French-speaking environnement. However, it can also be of grat help for children/teens who do not have the grammatical fundamentals in order to be better at school. A language, any language, cannot be acquired just "at random", it has a structure, the grammar through which we must progress to learn. DON'T PANIC, GRAMMAR CAN BE APPROACHED WITH FUN & PLEASURE! I have had a wonderful 4-week italian intense course with Emma in fall 2025. My goal was to experience a 1:1 course in person and also being able to apply the learnt stuff directly when going out at night. Thus it was clear to me, to go onsite to Italy. Emma not only managed to keep the fun and interest level up during the weeks of the course, she also recommended places and things to do in Pisa. With her help I was also able to find a cozy and clean accomodation right next to the teaching-spot, in the very heart of this beautiful city. A perfect course package for me. Over all I cannot be happier with the experience made. I could noticeably improve my italian from beginner to intermediate level, found some new friends and contacts in Pisa and overall I now really feel a certain confidence of using and applying the language with natives.
