    I am a physical performer, circus artist and coach. I have been working with my body on a professional level for thirty years. As a former contortionist, I propose a personal physical training that includes different choreographic work tools, such as contortion technique, yoga exercises and release technique. I combine static and dynamic stretching, working towards finding just the right balance between the strength and stretch that your body needs. In the class, we will work on expanding and giving elasticity to different parts of the body to release tensions and move more freely. - Dynamic Warm-Up: Gentle movements to prepare your body - Guided Stretching Techniques: Static and dynamic stretches for key muscle groups - Postural Correction Exercises: Improve alignment and reduce tension - Breathwork & Relaxation: Controlled breathing for muscle release and recovery. My class is for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
