With over 13 years of dedicated yoga practice, my classes are a living expression of balance, strength, and awareness a bridge between the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. Each session is guided by the rhythms of nature and the unique constitution (prakriti) of each practitioner. Through the stability of Hatha Yoga, the dynamic flow of Ashtanga, and the therapeutic essence of Ayur Yoga, we cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit. The practice invites conscious movement, deep breathing, and stillness an inner journey to restore energy, awaken presence, and reconnect with the self. According to Ayurveda, yoga is not just a physical discipline but a medicine for the soul. Every asana, every breath, is chosen intentionally to balance the doshas and bring the body back into its natural state of equilibrium. Whether in stillness or motion, the class becomes a sacred space for healing, self-study (svadhyaya), and transformation.
