As a passionate user of office tools, I offer courses for anyone working in the Windows environment who wants to improve their knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word - Excel - PowerPoint), whether they are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. My teaching method begins first and foremost with listening to the student's needs and the context in which he or she wishes to improve their level. Secondly, particularly with a beginner user, I make sure that the operation of the tool and its logic are integrated by the student, so that he or she can progress with confidence. Next, I guide the student through concrete exercises to ensure they can fully integrate the material being taught. Finally, for advanced users, I can also provide support and guidance in completing their document creation projects. I am also available for freelance assignments (in which case my rates are higher and a quote is available upon request).
