Words have the capacity to change, uplift, and heal. Writing will be discussed in this session as a means of introspection, creativity, and psychological wellness. Participants will discover how to use poetry to process feelings, gain inner understanding, and rediscover their creative side via facilitated writing tasks, group presentations, and tactful conversations. The goal of this workshop is to provide an atmosphere of security where poems can become a means of exploration and internal healing, not to write a perfect poem. Before the conclusion, you will have created your own significant works and learned how to use writing as a continuous meditative and personal growth approach.
