With over 200 students in my entire life, over 500 concerts (mostly in Spain but also across Europe and some mini-tours in America), 15 CDs/EPs/singles released (as frontman, sideman and producer), a bachelor's degree in Jazz Guitar-Modern Music (Taller de Músics - Barcelona), a half-bachelor's degree in Jazz Piano (Conservatori del Liceu - Barcelona) and a long professional musical career behind me playing a ton of different styles (pop, rock, funk, metal, jazz, folk, rumba, reggae...), I came from Barcelona to Rotterdam to continue my musical journey by doing the Latin master's degree at Codarts. I have been working as a music teacher for about 12 years (I am 29 years old), giving private lessons and in different music schools, the most important being the "Escola de Música Creu Alta" in Sabadell (Barcelona), which is one of the largest music schools in Spain (with more than 900 students), in which I was responsible for the modern music department. I teach guitar (electric and classical), piano (electric and classical), composition, music production (with Logic Pro), ensemble and modern music theory AT ALL LEVELS, from 100% beginners to people who want to prepare for the Bachelor of Music. I can totally adapt to what the student wants and is looking for, but also, as I have a lot of experience, I have the classes well planned, I know which songs and exercises work best depending on the aspect we want to work on (tempo, chords, scales, sound, improvisation...) and when I see someone play, I can see in which aspects the person is strong, and in which aspects they have the most problems, this way you will not waste your time! In addition, I am a fun and very empathetic person, so we will have fun, which is the most important thing!! I speak 6 languages: Catalan, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch and English, so we can do the lessons in any of these languages. Classes can take place at my home (Maashaven metro station) where I have a nice setup, online or at your home. -Dutch- Decrease in 6 talents!
