Nathalie Lubbe is a coach and yoga teacher with a passion for adventure, movement, and personal growth. With a background in sports, storytelling, and systemic work, she guides individuals and teams toward more balance, strength, and clarity — physically, mentally, and in daily life. Swimming Classes – Learn Front Crawl This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to swim the front crawl with confidence and ease. You’ll build proper technique, breathing rhythm, and endurance. During summer, I also organize open water swimming sessions for those who want to take their skills outdoors. Learning to swim is a life-changing skill that will benefit you for years to come. What you’ll learn: Correct body position and efficient kick Breathing techniques and rhythm coordination Arm movement and stroke timing How to build endurance and swim longer distances Safety and confidence in open water
