I have worked as an elementary school teacher for 20 years, teaching children ages 7 to 12 in Japan, supporting their educational development. Additionally, as a member of JICA's Youth Volunteer Program, I spent two years in El Salvador, supporting the improvement of local teachers' teaching and teaching Japanese to children in Spanish. This international experience allowed me to understand and adapt my teaching methods to different cultural contexts.
