I also offer preparation for official Portuguese exams from the Camões Institute (from CIPLE to DUPLE) and English (GESE, IELTS, KET, PET, FCE, etc.) using language immersion techniques, CLIL methodology, audiolingual training, communicative and direct approaches, RFT, etc., always tailored to the specific needs of students' personal development, well-being, and learning. I have worked in language schools, where I have taught classes to students of different levels, ages, and backgrounds, always adapting the content to their specific goals and needs. I have also participated in development cooperation programs such as the European Voluntary Service, offering language classes in international community projects. I have also worked independently, designing and teaching customized courses, both in-person and online. I am meticulous, attentive, curious, and very patient, advocating a dynamic approach to language teaching with functionalist elements. I love art, film, and music, and I often integrate these elements into my classes as tools to enrich learning and spark interest in language and culture. My approach is communicative, practical, and focused on each student, with special attention to the development of oral expression and the cultural dimension of the language. My academic background has provided me with knowledge in various areas of the Social Sciences (Philosophy, Education, Sociology, Law, etc.). I am a PhD candidate in Political Philosophy. I hold a Master's degree in Gender Equality and International Relations, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (University of Lisbon). I hold certificates from IELTS, Trinity College, Cambridge, and from studies at the British Council and Bath Academy.
