Learning to play the violin isn't easy. Sometimes it takes a lot of practice just to get a clear note. Fine motor skills are crucial, as is ear training. I attended music school for 12 years with a truly excellent teacher. I really admired her teaching style. I also played in some fantastic symphonic orchestras, and I still do. Recently, I started a band with some other musical friends, where we can unleash our own creativity! I would like to pass on the art and joy of playing music to student musicians in the introductory lessons (0-6 years) and the 1st grade (7-12 years).
