Hi, I'm Julien and I offer private boxing lessons in the Bordeaux area!🥊 -10 years that I practice French boxing (foot/fist) -obtainer of the GAT (Technical Silver Glove 1st degree) - introductory experiences and coaching in French/English boxing -3rd in the 2025 French ASSAULT championship I'm passionate, curious, and a good teacher. With the values of these sports, we can help you get your combat adventure off to a good start, or even strengthen your skills! How? Cardio training, technique, themed rounds and role-playing in 1 hour 15 minute sessions, all in a great atmosphere ;) Equipment? I have for you 1 pair of gloves, 1 pair of bands, 1 jump rope, 1 big smile! One slot per week and if the weather is nice, we will be able to train mainly at the Jardin Public de Bordeaux!
