You might feel like am a bit inclined away from isolation workouts, which are an essential part of any body building routine.Don't completely ignore pushups even if you get to advanced weight training.When you do cardio take up HIIT cardio most of the time. Use traditional cardio once in a while. It helps.Pay attention to your diet. It makes up for more than 60% of your efforts when it comes to aesthetics.
