Each class begins with an active warm-up that prepares the body for dancing. Through dynamic exercises, we mobilize muscles and joints, activate energy, and connect with the music, creating a physical and mental foundation for the rest of the session. We then move on to a technical sequence of steps, where we explore styles such as Hip Hop, Afro, Dancehall, and others. You'll learn key movements from each style, working on coordination, musicality, and your own style. Everything is taught progressively, ensuring that everyone can follow the rhythm and enjoy the process. To close the class, we apply what we've learned in a final choreography. This part is not only fun and expressive, but also trains muscle memory, improves fluidity, and strengthens confidence in your body language. No previous experience is required, just a desire to have fun. We celebrate diversity, effort, and personal growth through the art of movement. Come dance, learn, and have fun!
