Former high-level gymnast originally from Spain and currently coach and official judge of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG), I offer personalized private lessons in Brussels for all ages and all levels (recreational or competitive).
Thanks to my field experience and my perfect knowledge of the scoring code as a judge, I help you progress quickly and safely.
My courses are fully tailored to your objectives:
Introduction and Leisure: Discovering the discipline, learning the basic body movements and handling equipment (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon).
Competition Improvement: Precise technical correction of body difficulties (jumps, pivots, balances), cleaning up sequences and optimizing points in front of the jury.
Specific Flexibility & Mobility work: Development of active and passive flexibility, deep muscle strengthening and body alignment (also open to dancers, skaters or adults wishing to become more flexible).

Course schedule:
To begin, the first sessions are conducted entirely online (via Zoom or WhatsApp). This allows us to get to know each other, assess your needs, and start the technical work efficiently. After a few sessions, we can agree on continuing the lessons in person at your home or outdoors (in a park) if the weather permits.
I speak Spanish, French and English.
