Aiming lessons at GCSE and A-level students who are wanting to improve, bring out their potential and to motivate them. Depending on each individual students need I would target them to maximise their potential by showing my students how exactly we can overcome hurdles and move past them. As well as this I take on a more mentor focused approach in which I set up my students with revision tools that will boast useful in their future academic endeavours as well as answering and explaining hard to understand concepts easily. Having a more friendly approach means I can more easily communicate and provide help especially when students are sceptical of the true benefit of how they are being taught. This would result in both academic and personal growth that would stick with them for the rest of their academic and professional lives.
