Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport combining physical strength with an art component. Rhythmic gymnastics is very versatile. You learn how to be in full control of your body, how to balance, turn, jump and coordinate apparatus work, which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Therefore, classes are never boring. My lessons are individually designed depending on clients' aims. I work with different ages and abilities. Lessons would usually include a warm-up, ballet exercises, apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and routine corrections (for competitive students).

Thanks to my field experience and my perfect knowledge of the scoring code as a judge, I help you progress quickly and safely. My courses are fully tailored to your objectives: Introduction and Leisure: Discovering the discipline, learning the basic body movements and handling equipment (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon). Competition Improvement: Precise technical correction of body difficulties (jumps, pivots, balances), cleaning up sequences and optimizing points in front of the jury. Specific Flexibility & Mobility work: Development of active and passive flexibility, deep muscle strengthening and body alignment (also open to dancers, skaters or adults wishing to become more flexible). Why work together? Passionate about teaching and positive pedagogy, I adapt to each student's pace to boost their self-confidence and give them a taste for effort. Course schedule: To begin, the first sessions are conducted entirely online (via Zoom or WhatsApp). This allows us to get to know each other, assess your needs, and start the technical work efficiently.
