Trusted teacher: I am a graduate student of a master 1 in Information and Communication at Sorbonne University. My master's degree is preceded by a license in French linguistics and literature. I currently offer French lessons to students from elementary to high school. I help my students to improve spelling, grammar, syntax and improve writing. With my students, I also work on oral and written expression without forgetting the fundamentals of essays and literary commentary. My lessons are as follows: I review with the student his lessons taken at school, I explain the lessons to him by making at the end a summary of what he must remember. Then, I check his understanding by giving him various application exercises to do. At the end, I correct the exercises and leave him a writing subject to do and correct for the next session. In my lessons, I insist a lot on the writing part, because from experience I know its usefulness in the academic, university and professional career. I also give infallible techniques for dissertations and literary commentaries. Indeed, throughout my studies at university I wrote about fifty dissertations and literary comments. This allowed me to be very comfortable today with this type of exercise in French. Even if French remains my main area of training and expertise, I can also intervene in other subjects such as English. Finally, I can also teach adults learning French, because during my career I worked a lot on the teaching of FLE (French as a foreign language).

Hello ! My name is Laurine, I'm 26 years old and I live in Strasbourg in France. I'm currently studying to become a teacher of french as a foreign language with the French Alliance. I also have a degree in Russian Language, Literature and Civilisation. I lived in Moscow for a year and now I'm back in my hometown. I also travelled a few times in Ukraine since I have family there. I also play ukulele, I love to read, to have long walk in the countryside. I love to talk about many things such as psychology, philosophy, literature, ecology, music, movies or new topic. In my opinion language is similar to life experiences. As in life, is by making mistakes that we become stronger. By learning a new language we enter into a new world, we learn to think and to see through different eyes. Since a year I’m volunteer in a charity association where I teach french to afghans, syrians and libyans refugees, and to young people in difficulty (beginners to advanced). Concerning the russian lessons I would be more confortable to start with beginners as I never teach russian. In my opinion each language requires a different teaching method. I helped some of my students to get prepared for the IELTS and TOEFL tests so I can also help you to get prepared. When I was at People’s Friendship University of Russia, I was volunteer in Franco-Russian Friendship Club ( Pocidelki), we created tandem to help Russians learn french but the main goal was to share our passion for langages. I'm really patient and comprehensive as I know the difficulties to learn a foreign language. I will gladly take you on this beautiful journey accross russian and french culture. I always custom my lessons to my students, their goals and their needs. Each lesson will be unique. I believe that learning with pleasure is the key to success. I really like role-playing. To do so I’ll put you in real life situation, such as ordering to the restaurant, booking a hotel etc. We will also work on phonetics, I know that french and russian can be tricky. I use different methods to teach grammar and together we will find the most suitable for you. On the first lesson, we will get to know each other and if you already speak a little french, I’ll give you a little test to define your level. We will define your goals together, and according to that I’ll build you a learning sequence. During my lessons, I use different materials such as textbooks, music video, books, articles and movies. Sometimes I also use paintings and even recipes. Usually I try to develop the 4 skills (Oral / written comprehension; Oral / written production). The grammar is also an important part of the learning process. I assign homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress report. But of course, I will never overwhelmed you. I like to bring the French and Russian culture to life. But my main goal is to help you to be more confident to speak. Your progress will be my reward. I can't wait to you meet you !

I offer support courses for middle school, high school and preparatory students. Subjects covered: - mathematics - history / geography / geopolitics - French - philosophy - English - methodology - help with homework - patent / bac / competition preparation To present my career in a few lines, after having obtained my bac S physical option, with mention Very Good, I continued my schooling in ECS prep at the lycée Sainte Geneviève in Versailles (better known as Ginette). I developed an efficient working methodology there which I would like to share today. This method has borne fruit in the competitive exams of the grandes écoles both in writing (19 in contraction, 17 in mathematics HEC / ESSEC, 19.8 in mathematics EDHEC, 17 in Histoire Géo et Géopolitique ESCP Europe), as well as in oral ( 17 in HEC math and 19 in ESCP math). I am now a 1st year student at HEC and I am pursuing, at the same time, a license in cognitive sciences at the ENS Ulm. I already have teaching experience: I have been able to provide tutoring for several high school students in English and I am currently passing general culture oral exams to ECS preparatory students. I am a very patient and rigorous person. But I place benevolence above all at the center of my philosophy: I have at heart the enthusiasm and ease of my students. My goal is to give them (re) confidence in themselves to ensure their progress. I can teach my lessons via Skype or Zoom. Do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information See you soon, Albane
