I will guide you in getting to grips with Rekordbox software, analyzing tracks and their structure, discovering DJ equipment, mastering transitions and mixing techniques, while helping you develop your own artistic universe. Do you also want to learn about composition? For this, you will simply need a laptop and the Ableton software.

I teach complete beginners, intermediate DJs and more experienced performers through structured one-to-one tuition. Lessons can cover everything from advanced transitions and delivering great sets through to the theory (music and otherwise) behind DJing, and how to build & maintain a great music library. Rather than simply showing you which buttons to press, I focus on helping you understand why techniques work, giving you the confidence to DJ independently long after the lessons have finished. Lessons are available both online and in person (Bournemouth, UK). Every lesson is personalised - whether your goal is mixing for fun at home, playing your first party, preparing for club gigs, or developing your own unique style. After every lesson you'll receive personalised summaries, feedback, practice exercises and optional homework to help you keep improving between sessions.
