Specialized course in the training and certification of DJs, music producers: -DJ- -Introduction to equipment and software: Learn about the different types of equipment (controllers, mixers, software) and how they work. -Mixing techniques: From the basics to advanced mixing techniques, such as beatmatching, equalization, transitions between songs and creating fluid sets. Creative Tools: Using effects, samplers, loops and other tools to add creativity to mixes. -Music styles and song selection: How to select and combine different musical genres to create a cohesive experience. -Live performance: Development of skills to perform in front of an audience, managing tempo and building energy during a set. - Musical production- -Fundamentals of production: Introduction to music theory, song structure, types of sounds and production tools. -Production software: Use of software such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, etc., to create music and work with samples, virtual instruments and effects. -Musical composition: Learn to create melodies, harmonies and rhythms, as well as to structure a song. -Audio editing: Editing techniques to improve sound quality, mixing and mastering tracks. -Sampling and synthesis: How to work with samples and synthesizers to create unique and custom sounds.

Multi-instrumentalist and composer in various musical styles, I will accompany you in your learning of DJing and music creation. I will guide you in getting to grips with Rekordbox software, analyzing tracks and their structure, discovering DJ equipment, mastering transitions and mixing techniques, while helping you develop your own artistic universe. Do you also want to learn about composition? For this, you will simply need a laptop and the Ableton software.

Djing is a form of live performance that that can be enjoyed by everyone, this class aims to teach the basic DJ fundamentals including beat matching, sampling, the use of filters and many more. The lessons will be held by a Newcastle University Music student who specialises in turntabalism and popular music consumption. The class is open to students of all ability, I look forward to helping you on your DJ journey!

Whether you're stepping behind the decks for the very first time or looking to refine your existing skills, my lessons are tailored entirely to your goals. I teach complete beginners, intermediate DJs and more experienced performers through structured one-to-one tuition. Lessons can cover everything from advanced transitions and delivering great sets through to the theory (music and otherwise) behind DJing, and how to build & maintain a great music library. Rather than simply showing you which buttons to press, I focus on helping you understand why techniques work, giving you the confidence to DJ independently long after the lessons have finished. Lessons are available both online and in person (Bristol, UK). Every lesson is personalised - whether your goal is mixing for fun at home, playing your first party, preparing for club gigs, or developing your own unique style. After every lesson you'll receive personalised summaries, feedback, practice exercises and optional homework to help you keep improving between sessions. My aim isn't just to help you complete a lesson - it's to give you the knowledge and confidence to become a genuinely amazing DJ.
