IN THESE CLASSES I WILL TEACH YOU THE BASICS OF AERIAL DANCE WITH HARNESS, TECHNIQUE AND WE WILL ALSO WORK WITH CHOREOGRAPHY TO APPLY EACH CONCEPT. THERE WILL BE A PREVIOUS WARM-UP FOCUSED ON WORKING WITH THE HARNESS SINCE WE WILL BE HOLDING UP IN THE AIR AT SOME MOMENTS AND THAT REQUIRES SPECIFIC STRENGTHENING AND TRAINING EXERCISES. TWO TYPES OF HARNESS WILL BE USED. ALL MATERIAL WILL BE PROVIDED BY ME.
