Musical Awakening and Poetry Classes for Children

From 49.97 C$ /h

What does musical awakening bring to a child? In the first place, listening. It is the base of everything. It's not about making him a great musician. It is through the joy and pleasure of music that he must first apprehend this art, even before the reading of the notes and the practice of the instrument. Rhymes, songs and poems open up entertaining and recreational horizons perfectly adapted to the natural joy of children. The musical awakening is a seed that sows in any wind in the fertile soil of childhood.

About Me
Born in Thonon-les-Bains, married, three children, I am a poet and musician, which allowed me to develop multiple skills in my professional life.

• After-school teacher, I give musical awakening lessons for children. I also participate in MJC, cribs and private (guitar, ukulele, musical bells and percussion).

• Passionate about languages, I offer French classes at home for foreign learners. With me, you can also discover a rare language whose disturbing resemblance to Russian will surprise you: Polish. So if you have a Polish girlfriend, family in Poland or the desire to travel to this country, come learn the language of Chopin, Corpernic and Marie Curie with me!

• I also like reading and reading. In a context where the omnipresence of screens keeps children away from the pleasure of reading, I offer them an hour of calm around a book of their choice.

• Singer-songwriter, I always have a guitar at hand. So, if you're mourning to see yours sleeping in the bottom of his bag, I propose a small handover for the greatest pleasure of your loved ones.
Education
There is no diploma of poet, as a business card, I propose reading a poem of my composition:

The fossil

Suddenly arose from the bottom of the ages
Figure engraved in granite
I discovered on the beach
A small Ammonite stone

There was, thrown pell-mell
In his esotheric spiral
The breadcrumb trail where intertwines
Old Homeric moons

A first shock in the universe
I live out of nothingness
Stars, Sun, planets, Earth!
And then vast oceans

It was at the dawn of a new day
At a time when volcanoes roar
There were great waters
Scattered monsters populated

A sky of fire, streaked with lightning
Like a cooking pot lid
And suddenly, flying in the air
A giant meteorite

And then finally, a shell
Who in a single burst of eyelash,
Brought me back from this trip
And of which I keep the fossil

As a violinist: I am currently a student at the Geneva University of Music, after having followed the pre-professional course at the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève. During my career, I won several prizes such as the Vatelot Rampal competition in Paris and the Jeunesses Musicales of Switzerland soloist, and string quartet (alongside Julie Berthollet in particular). I also attended the Indianapolis University Academy summer internship.

As a Pedagogue: in addition to sporadically giving individual lessons for 4 years, I was part of the "Jeunesses Musicales of Switzerland" youth and youth internship team for three consecutive years.

Overall, my goal is to allow my students to have fun making music, to express themselves as they wish and hear, with their instrument!
I adapt the rhythm of my teaching, my teaching materials, the choice of songs to each, according to the requests that are made to me. My classes can also take the status of personal work support; in this case, students can obviously bring me their scores worked with their main teacher, or those they play in chamber music / orchestra.

In short: The violin is an art, it learns yes, but we play! :)
