Chess is an amazing game I think everyone should learn. To start I will teach you how to play in a beginner friendly way by focusing less on the theory and more on tactics and rules you should follow during your game so you always have a good position. Then when you're excited about that we can move on to theory so you need less time worrying about what to play. I make my own courses and i will teach you how to use an online database so you have all the skills necessary to improve further. I specialize in teaching people on the autism spectrum.

I am a Latvian Candidate Master with an international FIDE rating of 2059 and an English Chess Federation rating of 2120, and an online rating of 2400, reflecting a strong competitive level. I particularly excel in blitz and rapid formats. My greatest competitive achievement is winning 1st place at the English Open Women & Girls Rapid Championship in 2019. I also have over 15 years of experience teaching chess to both juniors and adults. I have worked with students across the UK, supporting their steady progress and helping several achieve strong tournament results and qualification for higher-level competitions.
