My name is Keerthi. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering. I have had affinity towards science and mathematics since I have been in middle school. I want to use my knowledge and experience for good, and help other students. Previously, I have tutored my sister, and to a few others in my neighbourhood when I lived back in India. I would like to do the same now that I live here in the Netherlands. I have always had the opinion that a student never hates a course/study, they only fear it as long as they don't have a teacher who simplifies it for them. My personal aim, even to self-teach myself, has been to get rid of the fear of failure, and look for the joy in learning by simplifying complex problems. I have graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK. I am also an Erasmus Mundus scholar with a master's in Analytical Chemistry from Uppsala University. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in physical chemistry. I have been tutoring since 2012 to fund my education expenses. I formally began tutoring in 2014 as part of my vocational training as a teacher in Ghana, funded by the University of Edinburgh.
