As a highly qualified maths teacher, a graduate of the college of teachers and with 11 years of teaching experience in public high schools, I am happy to offer tutoring lessons in mathematics at home for students from level T and Common Core Sciences, TC Technological, 1st Baccalaureate Experimental Sciences and final of all the sectors (SVT-PC-SC.Math-L), as well as for the classes of 2nd and 1st general, Terminale specialty of the French system, as well than the 5th, 4th and 3rd levels of college. My primary objective is to help students improve their level, deepen their knowledge, assimilate their lessons, fill their gaps and improve their skills in the discipline of mathematics. In addition, I am perfectly able to support them in the preparation of their exams and competitions for access to the Grandes Ecoles, and to provide them with homework help so that they can succeed in this subject. With my advanced math skills and knowledge, I am confident that I can provide my students with effective tools and techniques to help them progress. My goal is to give them confidence and help them develop a passion for mathematics, a subject that can seem daunting at first, but can be exciting and rewarding if taught in an interesting and fun way. By choosing my tutoring courses in mathematics, students can expect to receive individual attention and personalized help to overcome their difficulties and achieve their goals. My teaching approach is interactive and student-centered, which allows for a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts and a more practical application of acquired knowledge. I work with two kinds of students: those preparing to meet university math admission requirements (OMPT, CCVX, VWO), and those already enrolled who need solid support in calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, probability & statistics, or discrete math including students at TUM, ETH Zurich, TU Delft, KTH, EPFL, and RWTH Aachen. Lessons are in English; I can explain in German where it helps.

I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as a post-doctoral researcher in the Aerospace Engineering Faculty at TU Delft (Delft University of Technology). Key topics that I teach for this course include: • Calculus: Differentiation & integration, Multivariable calculus • Linear Algebra: Matrices, vectors, systems of equations, Eigenvalues and eigenvectors • Differential Equations: First- and second-order ODEs, Laplace transforms • Complex Numbers: Polar form, Euler’s formula • Vector Calculus: Gradient, divergence, curl, Line and surface integrals • Series & Transforms: Taylor series, Fourier series I understand that not all teachers excel in teaching Engineering and Mathematics courses and explaining their importance to students. Courses with strong mathematical backgrounds may become boring for students who lack a solid mathematical basis. To address this, I take a student-centered approach, starting from the basics to actively engage all students, including those with weaker mathematical backgrounds. I also provide practical examples to demonstrate the real-world significance of what they are learning, inspiring and fostering their interest in the subject matter. Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second alternative view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. I tutor a variety of math and physics courses on both secondary and high school levels, but also at a scientific bachelor level. These can either be theory/exercise-based, but also exam preparation.
