Trusted teacher: A native Arabic speaker and lecturer at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences since 1994, he offers Arabic courses and private Arabic lessons nationwide for all levels: beginners, advanced, and conversation for professionals. He offers everyday Arabic, standard Arabic, media Arabic, and specialized Arabic, including business Arabic, as well as several dialects: Egyptian, Gulf States Arabic, Jordanian, Lebanese Arabic, Palestinian Arabic, and Syriac Arabic. Other dialects are available upon request. Participants in this course will have a command of at least 1,500 words of everyday language, both spoken and written (levels A2-B1) and will be able to conjugate simple, three-syllable verbs (so-called strong verbs) in the present, past, future, and imperative tenses, and read non-vocalized texts. Course content: This is media Arabic, meaning the language used on the internet, in newspapers, magazines, radio, film, in educational institutions such as schools and universities, and in official announcements. This applies from Mauritania/Morocco in the west across the eastern Mediterranean to Oman in the southeast. The lecturer has created his own scripts for the courses, which are not included in the course price. Trusted teacher: Hey there! I’m Maaz, a passionate and dedicated maths tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students feel more confident with mathematics. Maths was always one of the subjects I enjoyed most because I liked the logic behind it — once you understand the steps, even difficult questions start to feel manageable. That is the same feeling I try to give my students. I know maths can sometimes feel stressful or confusing, especially when topics move too quickly in class, so my aim is to slow things down, explain concepts clearly, and make sure the student feels comfortable asking questions. I specialise in helping students with topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, problem-solving, and exam preparation. My teaching style is patient, friendly, and personalised to each student’s level. I do not believe in simply rushing through questions; I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind each method so they can apply it confidently in exams. What makes my lessons personal is that I try to understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. Some students need help with basics, some need exam technique, and others simply need confidence. I adapt each session accordingly and create a supportive space where mistakes are treated as part of learning. Whether you are struggling with maths, aiming for higher grades, or just want someone to guide you step by step, I would be happy to help. Let’s work together to make maths simpler, clearer, and more enjoyable. I look forward to supporting you on your learning journey!

Public speaking classes with Jay were top-notch! Even though we held the classes online, he has the rare ability to make you feel at ease in a second and I felt fully engaged. Jay covered a variety of subjects regarding tone, speed, volume, pronunciation, etc. with different exercises. I've noticed continuous progress throughout the classes and I have now a better control of my public speaking skills, which will be of great use both in personal and professional contexts. I highly recommend!

Frank is very knowledgeable and resourceful. My class did not have a set book for our lessons, and Frank was able to help me build a strategy for my preparation for my exam. Very helpful and a great tutor.
