This group Break dance class is intended for children aged 5 to 15. A teacher with 20 years of experience offers to pass on his knowledge to the new generation. Course content: The fundamentals of dance Fitness training Flexibility training Top Rock initiation Preparation for competitions (optional) Classes take place: Tuesdays at the Maison Onésienne from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays at Urban Team, in Eaux-Vives, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more information and registrations contact Apprentus.

My goal is to transmit you during the lessons, solid bases and methods which will allow you to develop your dance, so that you can express yourself freely while having your style. (Top Rock, Drop, Footwork, Freeze, Powermove and Techniques) I will help you to extend your knowledge so that you can discover your limits and learn to push them back. My pedagogy combines body understanding, technique, approach to musicality, muscle building and stretching if needed.
