The acrobatic rock variant that I teach makes it possible to "shine" both in salon, as in ball, gala or events of any kind. : -) The version I teach comes a little bit out of the "leader/leader" frame, but I prefer to give a course to a woman, or to one, or several duo of apprentice dancer. No prerequisites are necessary, the goal is to have a good time and learn. The first course will cover basic steps, as well as other more "impressive" ones, depending on the level of/students. Progress is visible from the first session, even for beginners. I taught mostly in schools, for galas, shows, rallies, balls, associative events.

Oriental dance is a dance of Egyptian origin, which includes many styles. Originally, it was a spontaneous and improvised dance, but today it is taught academically all over the world. It is traditionally practiced by women, who express by this art their femininity, their vitality, but also their feelings, joys and sorrows. In general, this dance is characterized by the dissociation of the parts of the body (isolations) that can move independently of one another. Oriental dance is as good with jerky rhythms as slow and fluid. Bellydance is not limited to movements of the pelvis: it solicits flexibility and tonicity of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and belly. It helps tone the thighs, relax the joints, develop the abdominals and maintain the back. Most of the work resides in the muscular contraction, this dance can be practiced at any age, in the respect of the limits of each dancer or dancer. The course begins with a joint and muscle warm-up, followed by technical work. The basic movements are then integrated into sequences that allow you to move in space and experience the pleasure of dancing, before ending with a session of relaxation.

I specialize in training belly dance, I have certified by USA teacher Sadie Marquardt in her Raqs Class and also getting trained from France teacher Anasma in contemporary and belly dance fusion. I am practising belly dance from last 4 years and can train beginner module. I will love to take this form to dancers or non-dancers, important is a will to dance, A dancer will not just learn techniques but also will understand this elegant form and get confidence in their dance style. I will be teaching hip isolations, chest isolations, drills, belly dance choreography and important terms used in belly dance world.
